Base fee:

a1) Member – $295.00
Available to Members after April 29.
Includes breakfast, lunch, receptions, and breaks.
b1) Non-Member – $495.00
Available to Non-Members after April 29. Includes breakfast, lunch, receptions, and breaks.
f) Platinum Sponsor – $3,000.00
Includes 1 booth space and 2 attendees.
Sponsor the Reception on Wednesday night & Casino night on Thursday night.
Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member.
g) Gold Sponsor – $2,500.00
Includes 1 booth space and 2 attendees.
Sponsor the breakfast on Thursday & Friday and lunch on Thursday.
Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member.
h) Silver Sponsor – $2,000.00
Includes 2 attendees (does not include exhibit space).
Sponsor the breaks on Wednesday & Thursday.
Sponsor the young professionals mini-golf outing on Thursday.
Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member.
