Sponsorship Levels
- Platinum: Includes 2 booth spaces and 4 (full conference) attendees. Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member. Recognition at the following: Tuesday night Young Professional event, Wednesday night reception, Thursday night reception/event and throughout the conference.

- Gold: Includes 1 booth spaces and 3 (full conference) attendees. Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member. Recognition at the following: Lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and throughout the conference.

- Silver: Includes 1 booth spaces and 2 (full conference) attendees. Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member. Recognition at the following: Breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and throughout the conference.

- Bronze: Includes 1 booth spaces and 1 (full conference) attendee. Each additional person will require a full registration as either Member or Non-Member. Recognition at the following: Breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and throughout the conference.

FAQs
Membership is connected to your email and not your SWANA member number. Membership is associated with a specific person and not a company. The Membership database is not directly connected to the membership database maintained by the SWANA home office in Silver Springs, MD. If you are unable to register as a Member, please send us an email with your SWANA member number and the SWANA Chapter that you are a member. We will update our database so that you can register as a SWANA member.
Registration (Full Conference) includes access to all sessions, tradeshows, meals, and receptions.
Guests (spouse, significant other, co-worker) are non-registered conference attendees that you can register to attend the Wednesday and/or Thursday reception.
Dietary restrictions? Please indicate when registering.
The following meals are included with the registration:
- Wednesday: Breakfast, morning break, Lunch, afternoon break, reception.
- Thursday: Breakfast, morning break, Lunch, afternoon break, reception.
- Friday: Breakfast
Thursday reception: Group Therapy Pub and Playground
Young Professionals: Happy hour on Tuesday night at the Roost (inside the Hyatt).

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided to the SWANA SC Committee in writing to info@scswana.org
No-shows will be invoiced for the full event amount. Refunds will be issued as follows:

Prior to the August 18, 85% of the fees paid.

After August 18, 20% of the fees paid.
Substitutions will be made up to August 23 if requested in writing. The SWANA SC Committee reserves the right to adjust the cancellation policy.
